Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, changes and refunds are handled for bookings made on newwaytravelonline.com, operated by New Way Travel Pvt Ltd.

1. Airline rules apply

All cancellations and changes are governed by the fare rules of the airline you booked. Some fares are non-refundable or non-changeable. The applicable rules are shown at the time of booking and on your ticket.

2. How to cancel or request a refund

To cancel a booking or request a refund, sign in and go to My Bookings, or contact our support team at support@nwtravel.in / +91 98765 43210 with your booking reference. Please submit requests as early as possible before departure.

3. Charges deducted from a refund

Where a refund is permitted, the following are deducted from the amount paid:

• Airline cancellation / change charges as per the fare rules.
• New Way Travel service fee per passenger per sector.
• Any non-refundable taxes or convenience fees.

The balance, if any, is refunded to your original payment method.

4. Refund timelines

• Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days from our side.
• The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer, and may take an additional few business days.
• Refunds are made only to the original payment method used for the booking.

5. Airline-initiated cancellations and schedule changes

If an airline cancels a flight or makes a significant schedule change, you may be entitled to a refund or re-accommodation as per the airline's policy. We will assist you in processing the airline's refund; the amount and timeline are determined by the airline.

6. No-shows and partially used tickets

No-shows are generally non-refundable except for statutory refundable taxes, subject to the airline's policy. Refunds on partially used tickets are calculated as per the airline's rules.

7. Non-refundable items

Convenience fees, service fees and certain promotional or discounted fares are non-refundable. This will be indicated at the time of booking wherever applicable.
